One bedroom units feature a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and balcony. All units feature cable TV, VCR, iron and ironing board, and telephone. Daily light housekeeping is provided, including fresh towels, garbage removal, bed making, and light tidy up. For stays of seven nights or more, fresh linens are provided on the fourth day.
**This property requires a two-night minimum stay for arrivals between 10/21/04-12/23/04. A seven-night minimum stay is required for arrivals between 12/24/04-1/3/05 and 2/13/05-2/25/05. A two-night minimum stay Sunday-Friday and a five-night minimum stay on Saturdays is required for arrivals between 1/4/05-2/12/05 and 2/26/05-4/30/05.**

A signed, valid credit card pre-authorization of C$250-C$1,500 (depending on unit size) is required at registration. Approximate amounts are as follows:
