TRAVELNOW.COM RECEIVES NASDAQ SMALL CAP APPROVAL

SPRINGFIELD, MO – (BUSINESS WIRE) – May 25, 2000– Jeff Wasson, Chief Executive Officer of TravelNow.com today announced that the firm has met NASDAQ Small Cap requirements and will list its shares under the symbol TNOW effective May 25, 2000. TravelNow has been traded on the OTC Bulletin Board since August 2, 1999.
